To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XX) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular Ph.D. (psychoeducation) student, the candidate must:

  • meet the general eligibility conditions (section XX) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
For the Search mode

  • hold a master's degree in psychoeducation or a diploma adequately preparing for the studies they wish to undertake, or certify training deemed equivalent and have obtained an average of at least 3.3 out of 4 in the 2nd cycle, 3 or equivalent. Additional courses may be required for candidates with a bachelor's degree other than in psychoeducation.
For the Research-intervention modality

  • hold a bachelor's degree in psychoeducation or a diploma adequately preparing for the studies they wish to undertake, or certify training deemed equivalent with a minimum cumulative average of 3.7 out of 4.3 or the equivalent and be authorized by the dean to register for the doctorate. Additional courses may be required.
  • be admitted to the complementary 2nd cycle diploma in psychoeducation.
Having the minimum average does not guarantee admission.

The candidate must have a good knowledge of the French and English languages.
