To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.3 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular student in the doctoral program in bioethics, the candidate must:

  • meet the general eligibility conditions for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (ESP)
  • hold a master's degree in bioethics or hold another master's degree and have successfully completed the Bioethics Microprogram
  • have maintained an average of at least 3.5 out of 4.3 or the equivalent in the 2nd cycle
