Preparation of scientific, scientific and pedagogical personnel with a set of personal qualities, fundamental knowledge and system skills, providing creative thinking and high competitiveness in the global labor market, capable of: independently evaluating the results of their activities, owning independent work skills, including in the field of scientific research; to propose and implement new engineering solutions in the field of chemical technology of explosives and pyrotechnic means; to work in a multinational team, including on interdisciplinary, innovative projects, the ability, as the head of a unit, the leader of a group of employees, to formulate team goals, make decisions in risk situations, taking into account the cost of mistakes, conduct training and provide assistance to employees.
Demonstrate a systematic understanding of the study and development of skills and methods of research in the field of problems of combustion, detonation and explosion; 2 Develop new technologies as a result of applied research using physicochemical methods and nanomaterials; 3 Implement research of combustion products based on physicochemical methods; 4 Build up a research process with the presentation of scientific results in publications of rating journals of international Scopus databases, as well as in national and international peer-reviewed publications; 5 To plan the organization and conduct of scientific research, taking into account the analysis and forecasting of the environmental consequences of production activities for energy-intensive materials; 6 To draw up an expert opinion on experimental research in the field of problems of combustion, detonation and explosion; 7 Develop new simplified technologies for the production of industrial energy-intensive materials, taking into account safe storage and use, including in the construction industry and in mining enterprises; 8 To argue the prospects of production and the technology of initiation of energy-intensive materials through economic marketing of the value of the final scientific product using Kazakhstan content; 9 Determine the requirements for chemistry and technology of initiating energy-saturated substances using acquired knowledge to fulfill the priority scientific directions of economic growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 10 To carry out scientific design of technological processes for the manufacture of explosives, powders, rocket fuels and pyrotechnic compositions with a projection on the development of promising areas of the military-industrial complex, rocket production and the production of pyrotechnic products; 11 To evaluate psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the field of professional pedagogy and the skills of a creative approach to solving scientific and pedagogical tasks; 12 Determine the most effective areas of application of their abilities in planning, developing, calculating the main characteristics of energy-intensive materials through the development of advanced technologies.
