Applicants for this course should have achieved a UK Good II.i Honours Degree.
If your degree is not from the UK, please check International Qualifications to find the equivalent in your country.
Normally, applicants must have at least a high II.i Honours degree from a UK university or an international equivalent  to this. However, applicants should note that the majority of those accepted on to the English Faculty's MPhil in practice have a first-class Honours degree or equivalent. Applicants will normally be expected to have taken a substantial number of English literature courses at a university level as part of their undergraduate degree.
