Practicing engineers may get a critical career boost from the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (MEng Course) program. It is designed to support either full- or part-time study, preparing engineers for advanced professional practice. The degree does not typically allow students to continue on to a research-intensive degree, such as a PhD, but it may be a critical piece for a practicing engineer to gain a promotion, or enter a specialized area of mechanical engineering that requires training beyond a four-year bachelor degree.
