Griffith University Bachelor of Arts graduates with an appropriate GPA may undertake an additional year of study in the Honours program, which can qualify them for highly skilled professional work and/or further postgraduate studies. The Honours program is designed as an 'end-on' fourth year from a Bachelor of Arts. Honours students are required to plan and execute a research dissertation or a creative/professional product with minor dissertation/exegesis. The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree consists of 80 credit points of assessed student work. This includes 30 credit points of coursework and 50 credit points of supervised research.
