Geared specifically towards aspiring general managers and executives of a hotel, the MBA in Hospitality primes students with the skills to rise to the unique challenges of the next step in their careers. Since the industry is ever evolving, this program has also taken the liberty to guide the students through current best practices and disruptive trends, so that students have the latest insights to thrive as a leader after completing the course. The program typically starts in March and August each year and is delivered entirely in English. It follows a blended approach in class delivery with 20% classes conducted on site at the Lausanne campus and 80% conducted online enabling flexibility for working professionals. A recognised bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, from an accredited institution of higher education/ or a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business management along with professional experience in hospitality/ or 10 years' experience in the hospitality or tourism industry including a min. of five 5 at a leadership position; a minimum of five-years professional experience in the hospitality or tourism industry; AND English language proficiency exam results (a minimum score of 100 on the TOEFL or 7.0 on the IELTS exams).
