In your first year of International Business (accelerated) BSc (Hons), you will take four modules, which you will study until the end of May. As part of the four, there will be a core module that you will study. In year 2, you will study eight modules over the year so as to meet the normal requirements to proceed into third year. In all years you will take a mixture of core and optional modules. For more details see the Teaching and Assessment tab at the top of this page.

We live in a world where business operations are becoming increasingly global in scale. National boundaries now matter very little to decisions about where goods are made and services provided. In this course you will learn what this means for today's business world.

The course has economics at its core, covering micro and macroeconomics. However, it is much broader than a standalone economics degree. It analyses the major external factors affecting global business, globalisation and applied policy.
