Through the master's degree field in mathematics for teaching you: Build deeper knowledge of mathematics content, with a particular focus on middle and high school math classrooms; Learn tactics that can improve student motivation through interactive problem-solving activities; AND Develop an enhanced understanding of what it means to learn math and where mathematical misconceptions and student confusion can occur. At Harvard Extension School, your admission is based largely on your performance in three specific Harvard Extension courses that you complete before submitting an application.
